If, in Single Person View, you choose the menu item Family Tree:

you get to this page. The person where you have started from in Single Person View is displayed in the center of this Family Tree ("Hour glass view"). He is the "main person" of this family tree. To the right and to the left usually two generations of ascendants and descendants are visible.

By clicking on the arrows

on top of the page this person can be moved one level to the right or to the left. A new generation of ascendants or descendants will be visible.

All names in the boxes are links. By a single click, the clicked person will be the main person of the new family tree. The ascendants an descendants of this person will be shown.

Via menu item

you will get back to Singe Person View or to Single Person View of the new main person.
